Our signature enchiladas come three to an order on corn tortillas stuffed with cheese inside, topped with your choice of meat, sauce, and melted white cheese. Our green enchilada sauce is a chunky sauce consisting of roasted, hatch green chile that is diced and cooked with onion and tomato. Our red sauce is a pureed blend of Mexican chilies.
